Try Out for the MCSA Middle School Soccer Program
Girls season is in the fall; boys season is in the spring.

Boys Spring, 2025 Try Outs are Nov, 4-5-6, 6:00-7:30 at Heritage Park. ALL players must attend 2 try outs to be eligible to be rostered, but are encouraged to attend all nights.
There will be a second round of try outs in late February, dates TBD. We highly encourage boys to register and show up for as many try outs as they can in Nov.

To register a player for tryouts, follow these steps…
• Set up or log into your Blue Sombrero account.

• Register your player(s) for the Middle School Soccer Program, selecting your player’s middle school during the process.

• Watch your email – the one you used to set up your Blue Sombrero account – for tryout instructions.

• If your player make a team, you will receive an invoice for $100 in Blue Sombrero. This fee covers a uniform (2 jerseys and socks), registration, insurance, city fees, a paid coach, ref fees, etc.

Middle School Soccer Program placement is not guaranteed. If you want to make sure your player gets to play soccer, consider registering him or her to play MCSA Recreational League Soccer, as well.

• Set up or log into your Blue Sombrero account.

• Register your player(s) for the Recreational League Soccer season.

• Pay the related fee.

• If your player is selected for the Middle School Soccer Program, be sure to tell his or her Recreational League coach. Your coach will understand if your player is not able to attend Recreational League practice.
